Gratitude was also expressed for the support provided in the education of Turkmen students. In the context of cooperation issues, the Turkmen side proposed to support the participation of professors, students and schoolchildren from Romania in international scientific conferences and Olympiads held in both countries, as well as the exchange of professors for the purpose of improving their qualifications.

The parties noted the importance of joint scientific work as a means of bringing together academic circles, establishing friendship and peace.

In continuation of this, it was proposed to organize "open lessons" about Turkmenistan, where Romanian students and schoolchildren would also become familiar with the history of the Turkmen, with the culture and tradition, with the literature of Turkmen poets.
