Presentation of the book by the President of Turkmenistan entitled “The Neutrality of Turkmenistan: the Bright Path of Peace and Trust” was held in Bucharest

On January 7, 2026, the presentation of the new book by President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, “Neutrality of Turkmenistan – the Bright Way of Peace and Trust” was held at the premises of the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Romania.

Opening the event, participants emphasized that the presented publication is the outcome of a deep and comprehensive understanding of the historical experience and contemporary significance of Turkmenistan’s policy of permanent neutrality, which has received recognition and support of the international community.

In this regard, it was noted that the book reveals the legal and political foundations of neutrality, its constructive role in ensuring regional and global stability, as well as contribution of Turkmenistan to fostering a culture of peace and trust.

A logical continuation of the presentation was an exhibition of books by President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and National Leader of the Turkmen People Hero-Arkadag dedicated to the country’s achievements since independence.

The event further highlighted the foreign policy of Turkmenistan, based on the principles of permanent neutrality and strengthened humanitarian ties.
