Key tasks of the diplomatic service for 2025 discussed at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan

On December 27, 2024, a working meeting was held in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan in participation of the leadership and staff members of the Ministry, as well as heads of diplomatic missions and consular offices of Turkmenistan abroad.

During the meeting, the participants reviewed the preliminary results of the work done in the concluding year, which has passed under the slogan “Fount of Wisdom Magtymguly Fragi”.

 The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov emphasized the importance of continuing the hard work to implement the foreign policy course of neutral Turkmenistan under the wise leadership of the esteemed President of Turkmenistan, as well as the National Leader of Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan. 

In accordance with the instructions of the highest leadership of the country, the national diplomatic service has been assigned specific tasks for 2025, which was declared as the International Year of Peace and Trust by the UN General Assembly upon the initiative of Turkmenistan.
