President of Turkmenistan H.E. Mr. Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed a Decree on the opening of the Permanent Representation of Turkmenistan at the International Atomic Energy Agency.

In accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan “On the status of the diplomatic missions of Turkmenistan in foreign States”, as well as the further expansion of cooperation of Turkmenistan with the major international organizations, the Head of State by his Decree stated:

1.Open Permanent Mission of Turkmenistan at the International Atomic Energy Agency;

2. Entrust functions of Permanent Representation of Turkmenistan at the International Atomic Energy Agency to the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Austria (city Vienna).
